CNC / Manual Machining

We offer a comprehensive machine shop to our customers with horizontal and vertical CNC machining. We can accommodate most projects, but our standard capacity maximums are:

• • CNC Milling  –  2000mm x 980mm x 1200mm
  • Manual Milling – 1250mm x 550mm x 500mm
  • CNC Turning – 500mm dia x 1000mm (between centres)
  • Manual Turning (Vertical) – 1500mm dia x 1000mm (max turned height)
  • Manual Turning (Horizontal) – 300mm dia x 1500mm (between centres)

We are able to machine almost any material; much of our work is in:

Mild Steel – Stainless Steel – Aluminium – Exotic Alloys – Titanium – Plastics and Composites
